Processioning – this term has two different meanings:

– within the area of court proceedings, it details the collection and preparation of documents (for example, these related to entering civil case). There the next step is the submitting of the documents in court.

– in the area of Real Estate Law, it refers to the procedure of establishing the boundaries (frontiers) or a plot, usually with technical methods via drawing a project of the plot, which project then to be accepted by the authorities and registered on the Map.
