Production capacity

Production capacity – this legal term is met in product supply contracts. It details the ability of a manufacturing company to produce certain products, so it meets the needs of their suppliers, who have to deliver these goods to the market. For example, the production capacity o water bottling company could be 100 000 bottlers per week, so this figure could be listed as top of product availability for sale and supplying to the market. Synonym is “manufacturing capacity”.
