Progressive discipline – this legal term is used in the area of Employment Law. In some legal systems the progressive discipline refers to administrative sanctions towards employees, with the role to discipline them not to perform numerous labor violations. These may include verbal punishment and the worse would be – firing from work for continuous or permanent of discipline, as well listing it in the personal labor records.
