Public notice – this term applies in the area of Administrative Law in some countries, where details a notification, published in the local media by the government, with the role to inform citizens about concrete future action or statute to be issued. There are some procedures in the Commercial Law and in Court Trials, which also require public notification (for example, during liquidation of companies there should be public notice towards creditors, inviting them in some deadlines to place their pretention).
