Rating

Rating – within the meaning, given by the Tax Law in some countries, a rating is the amount of the council tax. For example, it could be the annual property tax. Or alternatively, the annual vehicle tax. The word relates to the following legal terms:

– “rating authority” – the term in many legal systems refers to the body of the Tax Authority. This is a governmental entity which collects taxes and fines from citizens via the actions of the Tax Men who work there.

“rating qualification” – the term is used in the Tax Law where refers to the tax sense.
