Re-allocation

Re-allocation – this is the process of transferring the case from one allocated court to another. This can happen if various situations, depending on the provisions in the local legislation:
  1. If the value of the case increases.
  2.  If the claim has not been entered in the correct court. Namely not in the court in charge to hear against the other party. Further, the rules for allocation of claims have been set up in the Process Code of the particular jurisdiction.
