Real estate transactions

Real estate transactions.

Within the area of Property Law, the real estate transactions represent the transfer of Title (ownership) from one party to another. Title transfer includes usually all rights and obligations, existing at the particular moment and related to the concrete real estate. This is a transfer of right (of the title) and not a physical transfer of property, or of a document. An example of real estate transaction is the sale of the apartment. The parties sign title deed, where they establish the terms and conditions of the transaction. Like the description of the property, the amount of the sale price, the transfer of possession and other agreements. Title deed usually is witnessed by the notary public and then registered in the local Land Register.
