Realty

Realty – used in the Real Estate Law where refers to immovable property such as land or a building or an object that, though at one time a chattel, has become permanently affixed to land or a building. All the specifics for real estates also apply to the realty – it costs a value, it cannot be physically moved, it can be inherited, local council taxes are applicable for it, etc. A synonym is “real estate” or “immovable property”.
