Reasonable accommodation

Reasonable accommodation – this is a term used within the sphere of Labor Law in many legal systems. It describes the process of amendment of the workplace in a way so a concrete group of employees to be able to be hired for the job or to do it more properly. For example, making the offices more affordable for physically injured people. Or changing the workplace so it would be more close to the homes of the workers. Reasonable accommodation may include also change in the working shifts time. And making it be more convenient for workers who live far away.
