Reconsideration

Reconsideration – in practice, within the meaning given by the Process Law, reconsideration refers to an amendment or repealing of a decision. Usually, the court jury does it after another measure of the facts and proofs involved.

Also, reconsideration could refer to secondary hearing, appointed in a court case.

Synonyms are “review” and “second thought”.
