Recrimination – in the area of Court Trials, this procedure is a line of defense, during which the defendant also blames the claimant that with their behavior the claimant is also guilty for the outcome that lead to the initiated lawsuit. For example, in divorce cases pretention of mutual guilt is an example of recrimination. In another example in Tort Claims, the offender can pretend that the injured has performed a guilty behavior which has also led to the pretended injury.
