Recruiting – within the meaning, given by the Labor Law in many legal systems, recruiting refers to hiring new employee for the job position. I.e. it is the procedure of “new hires”. In a brief description, it includes setting a free position, publishing a job-offer, collecting CV’s and job applications, then making interviews with the candidates, choosing the most appropriate for the job and concluding a labor contract with them.
