Referendum

Referendum – the Parliamentary Law in many jurisdictions establishes the referendum as an incident vote, with the goal to collect answers by the citizens for a major question or issue appearing on the concrete territory (district or governmental). In some legal systems there are statutes or projects that could be accepted on the base of results by referendum. Via this particular instrument of the called “direct democracy”, the rulers of a country or Municipality use to transfer the liability about the outcome of these acts or statutes, towards the backs of the citizens.
