Rehearing of a lawsuit

Rehearing of a lawsuit – This legal term applies in the area of Court Procedures. The rehearing occurs in situation where either one of the participating parties on a lawsuit is not present, or where there is need for further evidences to be collected and presented to the court, before the judges take their decision. For example, there appears a need for further expert examination of evidences, the results of which may answer to important questions related to the lawsuit.
