Relative power – this legal term applies in the area of Administrative Law in some legal systems, where details the power which an Authority has in relation to another authority. In the legal practice, namely the Social payments Agency has relative power to the Ministry of Finance, because both are legally connected.  Another example – in some jurisdictions the Labor Inspection Agency has relative power towards the Ministry of Labor.
