Release deed

Release deed – in some legal systems, a confirmation for removal of burdens is issued in case where a claimant decides to withdraw their claim against the defendant and their property, secured for the lawsuit. The claimant fills release lis pendens. Usually the land registry agency issues a release deed or other type of official confirmation document that approves the removed burden and the clear legal status of the property from now on. Respectively the defendant gets again in full all his rights on the property and is free to transfer it, for example.
