Relevant Proof – within the meaning, given by the Court Trial procedures, relevant proof refers to a a proof which in smaller or bigger value is important for discovering the truth on a particular lawsuit and for determining the positions of the parties. For example, during litigation lawsuit, it is a proof that the claimant has paid the investment towards the defendant is relevant proof for claiming refund. On the other hand, a proof that the claimant has lent money to third parties is not relevant evidence and does not support his claim for refund.
