Remissible punishment – in the sphere of Criminal Law in some legal systems, this term refers to a (small) punishment which could be forgivable or removable/erasable. In other words, it has been properly proved who has committed the offense, the guilt is also proved, also the deciding entity (the body of court) has sentenced the convicted criminal, but then it may be decided that the sentence won’t have to be charged.
