Rendition warrant

Rendition warrant – within the meaning, given by the Immigration Law, in some legal systems this term refers to a warrant (usually in the form of sum of money or state bonds), paid by one country to another, to grant extradition of person towards the asking country (for the purposes of court trials against him/her). The origin of the term is the word “rendition” which literally means a translation, an interpretation, or refers to the act of rendering.
