Re-pleading – this is the act of submitting again the plea, on the base of court order. Usually it occurs in situations where the initially submitted plea is unclear or related to a point not related to the lawsuit. In such situations the court gives instructions to the party to make their plea clearer and to fill in their plea according to the local regulations.
