Required request law– this legal term applies in the Medical Procedures in some legal systems. There it refers to a legal rule that may entitle doctors to discuss with the close relatives of a patient who has recently died, about eventual medical gift of his/her organs to other patients who may desperately need it to save their own life. It is always required to get an approval by the relatives for such eventual medical donation. Usually this legal rule applies in situations where the deceased patient has not decided earlier with a declaration to donate their anatomical organs in case of their death towards other patients in need.
