Requirement agreements – within the Commercial Law in some jurisdictions this term refers to contract, on the base of which a buyer wants to purchase all the manufactured goods of a concrete type by the producer; and respectively to use these goods or items in their own business activities. The benefit of the manufacturer is that the buyer obliges to purchase only from them (and not from a competitors) and the whole produced capacity for the agreed period. The benefit of the buyer is that it is granted that there will be supply of the concrete goods, for concrete price and for particular term.
