Reserved easement

Reserved easement – within the meaning given by the Property law, this is the established legal right of path through neighboring plot, with the role to enable reaching public roads. The reserved easement grants the real estate owner a right to pass through other plot which is not theirs, but through which they can reach the street. For example, if you own a plot of land which does not have an access to the street, you can claim for reserved easement over the neighboring land so you can pass through it.
