Reunification

Reunification – this is a term has got two different meanings, depending of where it has got application:

– In the sphere of International Law it refers to re-uniting of countries (or parts of countries) which have been previously united and due to some reason then separated for a period of time. Now they reunite again to form one governmental and sovereign organization and this is called “reunification”.

– In the area of Family Law it refers to the act of bringing children back to the custody of their parents, usually after period of given social care. Via this act the parents receive back all legal rights and obligations towards their own children.
