Revenue bill

Revenue bill – in the sphere of Tax Law this term refers to an act of legislation, usually issued by the Parliament, which has the role to govern the collection of taxes, state fees and other types of revenue generation (i.e. income) in the budget of the country or the municipality. On the base of the Revenue Acts or Bills, then various revenue rulings (as sub-law acts) may be issued to define precisely the process of taxation.
