Revenue ruling

Revenue ruling – this legal term applies in the Administrative Law in some jurisdictions. It usually refers to an order issued by the National Revenue Office, detailing how a Revenue Bill should be interpreted on one hand, and respectively, how it has to be followed by the taxpayer and taxman (how taxation should be performed) on another. Revenue ruling usually establishes precisely instructions about preparation of the revenue tariffs, provisions about taxation of the different revenue streams, etc.
