Reversionary interest

Reversionary interest – within the meaning, given by the Real Estate Law, a reversionary interest is a benefit of using of property, which unfortunately, cannot be exercised – due to unexpected event, like demolishing the property. In such scenario you can’t live in the property any longer, neither to rent it out nor gain income, for example. Reversionary interest, calculation as financial compensation, is often pursued in court via damage claims.
