Royalty owner – this legal term refers to the figure of a person or entity, which is legal owner of petrol or gas natural supplies. The royalty owner controls these, and usually is beneficiary of the rights to pump and distribute these, and respectively to receive part of the income (called “royalty payment”) for such business trade.
The root of the term is the word “royalty” which literally means that a fee is granted to the owner of product.
