Submission – this term could have several meanings:
– the meaning of an argument, a statement;
– within the sphere of Administrative Law in some jurisdictions, the submission represents a written application, signed by many people, related to certain public cause and pursuing concrete goal. The submissioners rely on their huge number, to convince the Authorities that this cause is important and should be decided in the way requested by them in the petition. The submission is usually submitted in official governmental, local or international Institution or Authority by representatives of the people who have signed it. For example, a petition by the citizens of concrete city for building of highway to their city and the capital, or a petition against cutting the forest near the city. Synonyms are “solicitation” and “submission”.
– could aslo mean the form of an agreement for forwarding a dispute towards the Arbitration Court.
