Sanctity of agreement – the Contractual theory proclaims that two parties, who conclude an agreement, should obey it. This means that they respectively should fulfill their obligations as agreed between them. Otherwise, they could face the sanctions either implemented in the contract, or established in the Law. This is the sanctity of their agreement.
