Scanlon plan

Scanlon plan – this legal term finds application in the Labor Law. It refers to a scheme for distribution of salary or profit among the workers. They do it on the base of the labor work every one of them does. In other words, it is an alternative of the equal paying of workers in similar job positions. Because it connects the salary or the additional benefits they receive, with the scope of their individual work and efforts. So every worker gets fair payment. In practice, many private companies use this type of payment plan.
