Scheduling data sheet – this legal term is part of the Court Trials in the Common Law legal system. There it refers to a sheet with answers, given by the parties or by their lawyers. And respectively presented to the judge prior the Scheduled Conference. The goal is clearing his/her view about the applicable and related facts and circumstances about the trial.
