Scratch order

Scratch order – this legal term finds application in the court Trials. Scratch order refers to handwritten resolution, order or decree by the judge, which is non-readable. Usually, this is due to illegibility. So the party cannot understand it. And the party usually according to the rules of the particular legal system has the right to ask the court to re-write it again. Or alternatively, to appeal it because it harms their rights.
