Waiver of contract – this legal term refers to a situation where a party disclaims or relinquishes to a right that they may have otherwise had per the concluded agreement. According to the different legal systems, waivers could be or not be always done in writing. In some cases the actions done by a party, could be legally recognized by the Law as a waiver of contract.
