Waiver of subrogation

Waiver of subrogation – in some jurisdictions this is the name of a clause in a contract, giving up the right to enter a claim for damages and such clause has been used to reduce possibilities for lawsuits. In some legal systems dough, waiver of subrogation is not possible, because the right to seek protection in court rises from the Tort law and the related legislation, so such clauses forbidding executing of such right, would be considered illegal and void.
