Warrant of Committal

Warrant of Committal – within the meaning of the Civil Law in some legal systems this is the execution order for enforcing a valid court decision whereby a penalty for failing to comply with its terms is being calculated; the local bailiff is authorised to carry out the execution procedure against the available assets of the debtor, where taking these on a public auction. It is advisable to appoint an independent lawyer to represent you before the bailiff in order to protect your legal interest with all the legal instruments available.
