Will contest – within the meaning of the Inheritance Law this is a civil court case challenging the validity of a personal will, and usually has been entered by these heirs, who have been harmed by the will. This is why the will should be prepared properly, following the provisions of the local legislation in order to stand even in court, if challenged on a later stage.
