Legal definition of Enforcement:

Enforcement – the term refers to the method of pursuing a civil action after judgment has been made in favour of a party and entered in legal force. The enforcement per the Civil Law is namely freezing and performing an execution procedure (enforcing a judgment) against the available assets of the debtor. It is performed by an enforcement agent, also called “execution judge” on the base of seizure and execution procedure they perform on the available assets of the debtor.
