Administration order – this term is part of the Court Procedures. It details an order issued by the court and directing a debtor to pay a specified monthly installment. Usually Installments go into the bank account of the court (or directly into the creditor’s bank account) in respect of outstanding debts. Where paid to the court, they retain the payments made. And at intervals distribute it between the creditors on a pro-rata basis. Within the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Procedures, administration order has another application .It relates to an order which the court issues and forwards to the enforcement agent (bailiff) or to the liquidator of the debtor’s assets. This order allows them to start distribution of the assets for collecting the due debt towards creditors.
