Amalgamation – within the area of Corporate Law in some jurisdictions, the term amalgamation details the merging of two things together to form one. Such as the amalgamation of different companies to form a single and improved company for future business activities. Corporate entities usually unite in order to become stronger. Or to combine efforts and assets, which they could not use/put instead.
