Antenati – the term comes from Latin. It finds application in the Family Law. Usually refers to the figures of children born before marriage. Or following the local Laws, born also in a situation before the certain term has passed after previous marriage (300 days usually).
A synonym is a bastard – am an illegitimate child born without marriage, or born without a known father.
