Articles – within the Contracts & Obligations Law this term is used to refer to the clauses and the terms within a document (a contract). These are legal rules for behavior, agreed between two or more parties with the role to be binding them for a certain period. So the parties could expect a particular result from each other.

For example: “The Articles of association have been implemented in the present Establishing Act of the company”
