Aviation Law – this legal term gives the name of a sphere of Law, which relates to registration and administration of aircrafts, airports, and disputes arising in air transportation of goods and passengers. Depending on the concrete jurisdiction, Aviation Law can be formed either by local rules or by international regulations.
