Beneficial interest

Beneficial interest – this term finds application in the Litigation procedures. It usually details a situation in cases where you don’t actually legally own an asset or real estate who in its origin ideally belongs to you. Then you have a beneficial interest in it. Where you enjoy legal right, benefit or advantage of this real estate or asset. An easement in favor of another party than the landowner is an example of such interest.
