Falcidian Law

Falcidian Law – this legal term refers to a part of the ancient Roman Law setting the principle that the inheritor should leave at least ? of the heirs. Nowadays in many countries the rule of granting estate to the heirs, is implemented as a legal provision within the Inheritance legislation which protects the interests of the heirs in relation to the assets left by the deceased.
