Guilty pleadings

Guilty pleadings – within the meaning, given by the Criminal Law in most jurisdictions this term details a legal tactic of the defense (the convicted or their lawyer) where they admit he/she has committed offence, and once an agreement is met, the prosecutor follows the provision of the Criminal Process Code to speed-up or reduce the term of the investigation process and later to amend the asked charge of punishment into a lower one. The reason is to save time and charge in the Criminal Trial for easy discovered or small crimes.
