Hands-off declaration – this term refers to a concrete declaration signed by an employee, or stipulated in their labor contract, consisting of his/her agreement not to use information achieved during the labor work, later once the employment is ended for some reason. Usually these obligations are with certain deadlines only – 2 or 3 years and are mostly related with the trade secret.
