Health care insurance coverage – this is the title of the self-securing plan in many countries involving the employees, the employers, the self-employed, who pay monthly installments towards the National Health Insurance Institute.
It is important to give here one example: In the country of Bulgaria in 2012 it is a phenomenon that 2 million workers are obliged to pay actually for the medical treatment of 2.5 million retired people and for the medical treatment of roughly a million gypsies, who, are not legally assisted by the government in anyway to self-secure, but who use all the services by hospitals and ER’s.
