High Administrative Court – within the Bulgarian legal system, this is the name of the final instance court, set-up in the capital Sofia to hear appeals of the decisions of the various Administrative courts practicing in each county. The high administrative court is ruled by high court judges who are the highest level of judge in the Bulgarian court system.
