Holographic will – usually this term is used to describe a personal written will, prepared entirely in the testator’s handwriting and not witnessed by third parties. Following the Inheritance legislation in many countries, there is an option for such will to be presented for keeping at the archives of any local notary public, resp. to be registered at the Registry Agency.
